Updates

We've reached the limit of volunteers needed to divide ourselves into different teams but,
No worries,we still need you guys alot!

After school re-opens next month, when everything is settled and steady in school..
remember to check out our blog as often as you may.

Since we will be having a meeting in school for our prom discussion,
i'll update the info of our very first meeting(time,date & place). just a week before the meeting so if you guys couldn't make it, we still can fix it a lil.

I'm sorry .... I'm Lim Teong Eu but you can call me Avin .When is the prom ? And , what is the activities that day / that night ? Dance ? Singing ? Do we need partner ?

Hey Avin,Rachel Rose and Joyce..

You are all welcome to join us to help planning the prom. But we are yet to decide who and how many people we need to divide ourselves into different groups(etc: Food & Beverage department,PA manager department,Secretary,Treasurer and so on).

We will have a meeting after school reopens to discuss about this. About who's capable of handling this department well and all. So things can become easier(:

As for the meeting,such as the time,date,and place;
we will inform you guys a week before the meeting in this blog. So do check out the blog after school reopens.

We are unsure about where/when or activities for the prom yet. Right now,what's important is dividing ourselves into different departments first and then we'll start to handle stuff. After that,we'll move on to deciding where,when and activities for the prom yet.

If there are any more questions,feel free to ask alright?:D
