Hey all.

There's something important to announce,
we're truly sorry that we had to stop organizing prom.
All of us,the prom commitees are facing difficulties handling prom.
it seems like we're striving to cope with studies and also hardly having time for ourselves by organizing the prom.
We're having hard time with our school's principle to get her approval for prom as well.

I'm sad to announce that TBM's prom is not going to happen, it's canceled. ):

Hereby, I sincerely apologize to any of you who has been supporting us all the way. Thanks.

hello guys,
in case you're in the right timing by reading this super last minute meeting update,(for those of you who aren't inform in school earlier),

there'll be a meeting tomorrow(27th March),after school in the canteen.

I understand if some of you might cannot make it due to this last minute information. it's perfectly fine,no worries (: since there will be nothing much to discuss, EXCEPT,
There's a few related prom commitee I have to talk to about sponsorships.
Also, we might be having some problems with the Themes.
So, if you have any problem with these related subjects, do drop by if you could. If you couldn't,it's alright.
You still can talk to me some other time/msn.

Once again, I apologize for causing any inconvenience to any of you who couldn't make it to the meeting due to this last minute information.

Themes Submission

Hey there y'all,

So here it is,the post where YOU guys ^.^(to show that its not meant to sound rude) should leave your ideas of themes,once we reach about min of 5 themes,it will be posted up on the sidebar.A poll to be exact,and thats when the voting begins.

Anyhow,we're trying out best(lets keep our fingers crossed) to get our school's approval so that we will be able to request for sponsorship.Oh yeah,thanks Kaho,efficient you are! :) With sponsorship,tickets will be cheaper,and when tickets are cheaper,you will have extra $$ to spend!How about that?

And would you like to spend your prom in a hotel?or a lousy hall?hahaha.You decide,so yeah support is very important ppl!

From our most recent meeting before the CNY holidays,
we've finally settled down the HOD(Head of Department) of our prom.
Pls note that every HOD had been voted fairly and agreed by every commitees.

Here are the details of every HOD :
  1. OC : How Eeleng
  2. Secretary : Sam Cayyeng
  3. Treasurer : Jessalyn Ker
  4. Ticketing : Yap Kailee
  5. Advertising : Andrea Kwok
  6. Security : Brandon
  7. Floor & Stage : Timothy
  8. Food & Beverage : Wei Han
  9. Entertainment : Ken Hoong
  10. Sponsorships : Ka Ho

Also, we have others responsible commitees as our steady extra helpers namely, Jiayang, Nikesh and Koh Sze En.

As for the Themes, we had a few in minds, and trust me, they're kinda fascinating ;)

But still, in order to run this prom perfectly, we've decided to discuss about it yet again.
Note to all the commitees,

As you might know,it is really important that all of you would proudly voice out your thoughts on any themes you think it's perfect for this prom. Anything will do!,except for kinky or chidlish or.. blah? :P Remember, you are part of this.

I do expect each of us to simply voice out a suggestion on themes.

We'll be helding another meeting next week to clearly explain the responsibilities & duties of each HOD, final decision on Themes,and also,

It's time to start carrying on our duties. Time's precious,no? (:

I'll be posting up the details of our next meeting as soon as possible, it's on next week.
Kindly inform Eeleng regarding which day that you won't be free, so we could held our meeting without any missing faces.

Hello peeps!

So we had our very first meeting on Tuesday,unfortunately,
it wasn't quite a success one. Since most of our commitees are absent.

And this is why, we're having another meeting next week.
Pls make sure you can make it! (:

In this meeting, we will :
  • Vote for the Head of Department for each different departments. Pls be wise and vote fairly!
  • Explain the responsibilities & duties of every departments.
  • Give suggestions on a Theme for our prom! (time to work up those creative juice in your brains!)

Please feel free to voice out any suggestions/comments if there's any.
Remember,we're all in this together.
It's important for us to team up and work well altogether to avoid any conflicts and misunderstanding.
We wouldn't wanna be unhappy doing this right? (:
